Calling all Highland Park Elementary families! Get ready for a sweet event that will make a difference in the lives of our brave men and women serving our country. Operation Gratitude Candy Collection is back, and we need your help!

Operation Gratitude sends care packages to deployed troops, veterans, and first responders to show appreciation for their service and sacrifices. By participating in our Operation Gratitude Candy Collection, you can contribute to this meaningful cause.

We invite all HPE families to join us in donating any of your extra Halloween candy. As your kids go trick-or-treating, encourage them to save a portion of their loot to bring to school. The candy collection will take place during drop-off and pick-up times. Donating candy is a wonderful way to teach our children about giving back and supporting our troops. It also ensures that all that extra candy doesn't go to waste, but instead serves a meaningful purpose.
